Our terms of service and booking conditions

By accessing and using the services of Fomef Hotel ("we," "us," "our," or "the Hotel"), located at 1192 Hamilton St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2S2, Canada, you ("Guest" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all hotel services, accommodations, and facilities provided by Fomef Hotel.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Fomef Hotel. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email or other electronic communication. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
Payment for accommodations and services must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations, and pre-authorization may be placed on your card for incidental charges.
A deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation rate plus applicable taxes may be required at the time of booking. For group bookings or extended stays, different deposit requirements may apply. All deposits are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee availability.
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation. Additional identification may be required for international guests.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged for one night's accommodation plus applicable taxes.
During special events, holidays, and peak travel periods, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and included in your reservation confirmation.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation and all associated payments. The reservation will be cancelled and the room may be released to other guests.
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner that does not disturb other guests or interfere with hotel operations. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other guests or staff.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacement of damaged items will be applied to the guest's account. Intentional damage may result in immediate eviction and potential legal action.
Fomef Hotel is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and enclosed spaces. A cleaning fee of CAD $500 will be charged for any violation of this policy.
While we strive to maintain all hotel services and amenities, we cannot guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements when possible.
Additional services such as airport transfers (CAD $49 per trip), concierge plus services (CAD $35 per day), and meeting room rentals (CAD $125 per hour) are subject to separate terms and availability. Prices for additional services are subject to change without notice.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Fomef Hotel's liability for any claim related to your stay or use of our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific reservation in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your stay or use of our services.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other acts of God.
Our marketing and advertising practices, including online advertising through Google Ads and other platforms, strictly comply with applicable advertising policies and guidelines. We do not engage in misleading advertising practices and ensure all promotional content accurately represents our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Fomef Hotel shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, or through the courts of British Columbia if arbitration is not applicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Fomef Hotel regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
